Some of my earliest memories of baking are of watching my mother and aunt create cakes, cookies, and homemade sweets for our family. I didn’t know it then, but those moments would eventually become the beginning of something much bigger.

 

Years later, I found myself in the kitchen creating for my own family and friends. What started as simply enjoying baking quickly became a love for decorating and an even bigger love for seeing just how far I could push cake beyond what people expected it to be.

 

In 2017, that passion officially became Tiphani’s Cakery full time.

 

Since then, what began in my then tiny apartment kitchen has grown into a career filled with unforgettable celebrations, larger than life ideas, sculpted cakes, and hyper-realistic creations designed to make people stop and look twice.

 

And somehow, that journey has taken me from baking for the people closest to me to competing on national television and creating alongside some incredibly talented cake artists.

 

But the part I still love most?

 

Taking someone’s idea, sometimes an idea they aren’t even sure can be made into cake,  and figuring out how to bring it to life.
